Kidz Club is our Sunday morning program for kids Kind. through 4th grade. It is divided into two parts, both of which take place Sunday mornings during the main worship service (10:00a.m. – 11:30a.m.), they are:
Large Group Worship/Teaching – The large group worship & teaching time is designed to include many aspects of an adult worship service but on the kid’s level of understanding and development. Following the opening worship time we stay in large group for an interactive Bible lesson after which the Kindergarten through 4th grade divide into age appropriate small groups.
Small Group Time – This time is designed to assist children in applying the Bible lesson specifically to his/her age and developmental stage.
Jr. Kidz Club is our Sunday morning program for kids infants – five yrs. It takes place Sunday mornings during the main worship service (10:00a.m. – 11:30a.m.); and is divided down by age and development as follows:
Infant/Walker Nursery is offered at all Sunday morning, Wed. evening, and special services.
Toddlers is our Sunday morning program for kids ages 2 ½ -- 3yrs. It is divided into play time, snack time, Bible time, etc., all of which take place Sunday mornings during the main worship service (10:00a.m. – 11:30a.m.).
Pre-K is our Sunday morning program for kids ages 4 - 5. It is divided into large group Bible teaching, worship and application through various activities all of which take place Sunday mornings during the main worship service (10:00a.m. – 11:30a.m.).
The Edge (5th & 6th Grade) – 5th & 6th grade is a big transition for the kids at Harvest. They stay with their families in the adult service through the music portion, and then they dismiss themselves to their 5th & 6th grade class for an age appropriate active Bible teaching time. Our 5th & 6th grade class also provides a few events and/or ministry opportunities outside of the class throughout the year.
